1. What is your delivery time?

A: 15 days for sample order, 30 days for container order. ( Busy season may need more days )

2. What is your MOQ ?

A: We are original factory, We do not have MOQ requirement, You can even start from one piece sample test order. Normally we suggest 10pcs of each model to test market.

3. What is your package and can we put our company LOGO and name on your model and package?

 A:we usually have 2 different packing way

a).Nomarl packing.always 5 layers carton with foam.

b).Mail packing.always 6 sides foam or 6 sides honycomb board inside+7 layers cartonbox

    of course.pass the drop test. 

 We supply OEM service, DIY your carton and laser your company logo on the products.Customized design acceptable.

4. What is your payment term?

A: We accept T/T, irrevocable LC at sight.

5. Which certificate you have for your products?

A: We have cUPC , Watermark ,ACS, CE, ISO9001:2008

6. What is the warranty of your products?

A: We normally supply 1-10 years full parts and products services warranty. We have 24-7-365 online email, wechat and whatsapp service. We supply free parts during warranty. We do supply free parts if customer request any feedback to us.
